Poached eggs

My favourite type of eggs are poached! To make them even more yummy I add different types of spices to the finished egg. I’m rally crazy about the smokey flavour of the hot paprika powder.

I find that the easiest way to make poached eggs is to add a bit of vinegar to the boiling water and to use fresh eggs which are cracked into a small bowl before adding to the boiling water. Boil for about 4 minutes.

Serve with a sprinkle of salt, pepper and hot paprika, on bread of choice, with tomatoes and avocado. A brilliant start to the day!
