For dinner today I wanted something fresh and simple. A Salma lax fillet (salmon which is very fresh) and a simple salad was just what I needed.
- One portion of salmon fillet
Brush the salmon with some oil and sprinkle generously with wasabi salt and pepper on both sides. Fry on medium heat for a couple of minutes each side, the Salma lax is used for sashimi, so no worries if it’s not cooked through.
Serve with salad, rice, potatoes, quinoa…your choice. My choice today was:
- Seasonal cabbage
