Hot chocolate

As an after dinner treat today, I made a cup of hot chocolate, yummy!!

    40g chocolate with chili
    250ml almond milk

I use a sugar- and dairy-free chocolate with chili flavour. Melt the chocolate in 1 tsp water in a small pan. When chocolate has melted, add the milk. Bring slowly to the boil! Serve in a warm mug – enjoy!!!
